Mozilla is hiring Product Management Interns into our technical teams throughout the world. Our headquarters are based in the Bay Area, but we also have opportunities at our offices in Toronto!

We have 4 positions open for the following roles:
Product Management Intern (Toronto, ON, Canada)
The Applications Service team is responsible for Firefox Accounts and for Sync. Together, these two products try to provide the most seamless user experience between Firefox products. The intern will take a feature from an idea to production. Along the way, you will validate ideas through metrics, surveys, user research, user testing, and experiments to determine if the idea should be built and if so, collaborate with engineering and marketing to do it.
Firefox Desktop PM Intern (Toronto, ON, Canada & San Francisco, CA)
The Firefox Desktop Product Team is responsible for the overall product strategy and the health of Firefox Desktop, Mozilla’s flagship product with hundreds of millions of users. The intern will be a core part of our team, learning to apply product management thinking and principles towards our roadmap.
Product Management Intern (Mobile) (Toronto, ON, Canada)
The Android product team's goal is to build great next-gen mobile browser on Android. The intern will have a chance to participate and learn to apply product management skills to support any existing or new product development on Android.
Gecko Product Management Intern (Toronto, ON, Canada)
The intern would be working on Product Management tasks relating to Gecko and GeckoView. This typically involves market research, feature exploration, roadmap and release planning, and interfacing between technical and non-technical teams in the organization.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with graduation dates starting December 2019 and onward
- Or, a recent graduate from a Coding Academy (within last year)
- Product Management principles: Empathy for users, passion for using data to make product decisions, experience with user research techniques
- Understanding of Web Technologies
- Reasonable fluency in and passion for technology, excellent research and writing skills, strong communications and social skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills, familiarity with how to access and employ a variety of resources, multi-task, and produce results independently and collaboratively in a team.
