The Employee Experience Team represents the voice of Mozillians. This position will be responsible for optimizing and improving the employee experience, and crafting a significant and satisfying work experience. The Employee Experience Manager will provide accurate insight into what Mozillians are experiencing using engagement survey data, real time conversations with employees, and insights gathered from managers. Do employees have to search endlessly for information? Do they have to click through screen after screen to complete a task in Workday? Every touch point with an employee is a moment of truth in which to impact employee engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Develop Mozilla’s employee experience strategy, starting with People Team operational changes
  • Identify opportunities to refine the entire employee experience from onboarding to separation
    • Dedicated and ongoing outreach, consultation and support to both People Team and other departments at Mozilla
    • Improve programs, processes, communication and/or training to yield greater effectiveness and results
  • Own Mozilla’s onboarding experience
  • Manage all employee communications including documentation, emails, face-to-face
    • Create the People Team communication strategy
    • Implement and maintain an incident tracking system
  • Manage employee facing vendors (relocation, contingent workforce)
  • Develop EEO reporting and submission
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure employee pay is timely and accurate
  • Manager a level 1 support team
    • Support Benefits questions
    • Route employees/managers questions to the right dept or person
    • Provide high touch service to the business
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Survey
    • Deep dive into survey results to design and implement programs to improve our employee experience
    • Create a sustainable employee engagement strategy based on results to enhance the employee experience, and increase overall engagement
  • Hands-on Workday configuration experience a plus
  • 7+ years of forward-thinking HR experience with demonstrated ability in leading and successfully delivering complex global projects
  • 5+ years people management
  • An obsession with simplifying people operations and using a well-refined approach
  • A powerful understanding of what it means to create a great employee experience and a passion to make it happen
  • An ability to truly listen, be compassionate, take action and follow through
  • An ability to play with and analyze data that can tell a powerful story
  • Must have Workday hands-on data entries & reporting experience
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management tools
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, business and vendor partners
