The Employee Experience Team represents the voice of Mozillians. The team is responsible for optimizing and improving the employee experience, and building a significant and satisfying work experience. Do employees have to search endlessly for information? Do they have to click through screen after screen to complete a task in Workday? Every touch point with an employee is a moment of truth in which to impact employee engagement.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-touch support to employees for HR questions and issues, policies, procedures
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Handle employee hiring and exit process
  • Assist in development and documentation of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with brokers and insurances for employee sign-ups or terminations
  • Prepare source data for HR systems as needed
  • Manage data changes in HR systems (Workday)
  • Generate simple HR systems reports requests
  • Manage HR files
  • Participate in system updates testing as needed
  • Validate, detect, troubleshoot and resolve data issues
  • Assist with the audit of HR data to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through HR systems with the HRIS team
  • Assist with developing training and process documentation on HR system functionality
Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in HR
  • Strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Customer focus and service
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • General knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Experience providing end customer support
